Park,City,,Utah,,Usa,Downtown By Kevin Ruck

If you’re looking for a fast getaway to the mountains, Park City is the place to go. This lively, small town is a skier and a snowboarder’s dream come true.

Park City has a lot of other things to do if you don’t want to go skiing or snowboarding. Raise your hands if you enjoy fine cuisine, massages, and a little adrenaline now and then.

Getting to Park City

Aside from the active ski season, the simplicity of reaching Park City draws many guests. It is near Salt Lake International Airport, so getting there couldn’t be easier.

There are a variety of shuttles that transport people back and forth, but booking private airport transport is strongly advised.

How to Get Around the City

Fortunately, once you’ve arrived in Park City, there’s no need to rent a car. Who wants to be concerned about driving in the snow?

Many lodges and hotels provide complimentary shuttle buses that transport you from your lodging to neighboring restaurants, activities, and other destinations.

In addition, Historic Main Street provides a free trolley service that runs the length of the street.

Mountain Living During the Holidays

Are you looking for a year-round getaway with fantastic activities and amenities? St. Regis Deer Valley The Residences has spectacular mountain views. It is a few minutes from Historic Main Street and included is a family membership in Deer Crest Club, Snow Park. What more could you want?

Walk Down Main Street

Main Street is the very definition of charming! It’s full of unique shops, boutiques, galleries, bookstores, and cafes nestled between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain.

When the sun goes down, head to Main Street for a variety of clubs and wine bars!

Take a Tour by Snowshoeing

Are you up for some physical activity? Snowshoeing in Park City is a great workout!

Just remember to bundle up and keep an eye out for any flying snowballs thrown at you by your guide or partner. You might even come across some old silver mining shafts.

Alpine Coaster and Eagle Zipline

Park City Mountain Resort is host to Utah’s longest Alpine Coaster, which features over a mile of loops, twists, and hairpin bends with speeds up to 30 mph!

As a roller coaster fan, you can confidently state that the few dollars were well spent, especially with the mountain landscape changing with each curve. Just remember to dress warmly.

Home for the Holidays in the Mountains

Are you looking for a peaceful time indoors with hot chocolate and board games? Order some hot chocolate, curl up by the fire, and play some board games. After spending time in the cold, this is a terrific way to decompress and warm up!

Get a Massage at the Spa

Getting a massage after a snowshoe tour will benefit you in the long run. Yes, snowshoeing is enjoyable, but your muscles will definitely ache. Whether the massage is meant for stress and relaxation or to reduce pain and muscle soreness, the Remède Spa is fabulous for both.
