The Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley | Snow Park is owned by SRDV Partners, LLC, a partnership between Deer Crest Associates LLC (DCA) and Falcon SRDV Investors, LLC (FSI). DCA is the owner/developer of the 600-acre private, gated community of Deer Crest which is an integral part of Deer Valley®, while FSI is the manager of the partnership, responsible for overseeing the development, construction, and asset management of The St. Regis Deer Valley. FSI is managed by Falcon Investors, LLC of Harrison, NY. Led by its CEO, David Reis, the officers of Falcon Investors have over 75 years of combined real estate expertise specializing in the areas of hospitality, health care and residential development.
SRDV Partners, LLC, has engaged an affiliate of Marriott International, Inc. to manage the hotel on their behalf under the St. Regis® brand.
