The St. Regis Deer Valley Announces $42 Million Expansion and Renovation Project
Nine New Luxury Residences to Open October, 2020
PARK CITY, UTAH – November 06, 2019 – The St. Regis Deer Valley today announced a $42 million renovation and expansion that will include the addition of nine new luxury residences, The Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley | Snow Park. Scheduled to open October, 2020, the Residences will be a 55,000 SF, five-story property ideally located at the base of Deer Valley Resort and adjacent to Snow Park Lodge and ski school.
The Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley | Snow Park will range in size from approximately 2,000 SF to 4,300 SF with expected pricing from $2.7 million to $7.2 million. The nine Residences consist of three two-bedroom Residences; five three-bedroom Residences; and one four-bedroom duplex Penthouse Residence that includes a loft, patios and terrace space. Each Residence will feature three or more fireplaces, a large heated balcony off the living room area and a lock-off bedroom for optimal owner flexibility. The Residences will include dedicated underground parking, a restaurant and meeting space. Additional amenities include Deer Crest Club family membership included with each residence, on-site members’ lounge and terrace, and complimentary hotel local transportation service.
Design highlights for the Residences include rift-cut red oak hardwood floors in living/dining/kitchen/foyer, natural Quartzite stone countertops, Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances including under-counter wine refrigerator, walk-in closets and plentiful storage. The Residences also feature Waterworks bathroom fixtures, steam showers in master bathrooms, individual HVAC controls, and laundry rooms with full size washer and dryer. The Residences will be sold unfurnished for maximum customization and personalization.

Reis noted that the new Residences build on the successful $300 million sellout of the original private residences and hotel condominiums of The St. Regis Deer Valley.

LSA was the original interior designer for The St. Regis Deer Valley and they bring both fresh design ideas and continuity to the current projects,” added Michael Zaccaro, COO of Falcon Investors. “We have also brought back Okland Construction, the original contractor for the hotel, and JSW Architects, whose principals were part of the original architectural team, to oversee the design and construction of the new Residences.”
Renovations of The St. Regis Deer Valley’slobby, common rooms, fitness center and guestrooms are currently underway. This refresh includes a new dining concept which will be announced later this month. Most areas are expected to be completed by early December, 2019, the start of ski season with the balance completed by May, 2020.
